SEASON ONE, Episode #3

Sonny is hurt when her ideas for a new "Lame Superhero" sketch fall flat with her castmates. Knowing this, Chad (as part of his scheme to break up So Random!) points out to Sonny how unsupportive her castmates are and convinces her to come hang out with the cast of Mackenzie Falls on their set. In an effort to win Sonny back, the So Random! cast dresses up as the lame superheroes and gets Sonny to come back.

There really aren't any "Channy" moments in this episode. Even though Chad acts as if he is concerned about Sonny, he really just wants to break up her castmates.
